Well i never, 28 whole days of being smoke free!! Superb work!
I'm really chuffed as it is a proper amount of time and what the folk will be aiming to achieve in Stoptober.
Some parts of it so far have been easy, some parts tricky, but its mind over matter, i told myself that smoking was bad, it was eventually going to kill me and i wasn't going to be its slave anymore. My thoughts have been set to the positive for the most part, (other than the occasional screaming abdabs/mior meltdowns - but they're to be expected, getting off scott free was not an option)
The good thing about today is that statistically my chances of ever going back to the stinky stuff have greatly diminished, and i now only have 11 months til i can get to that reserved seat in the penthouse (aim high - theres enough folk out there wanting lower)
Soooo 1 month down... 11 to go!
Hope everyone is doing well, sending good thoughts, positivity and strength to you all.
Big love xxxxx

Big well done to you for getting to the one oth mark. It's great to be able to mark the milestones. Don't expect it to be plain sailing from here on in but I think it's safe to say that you won't have the screaming abdabs from here on out. (We should get everyone together and conga from here to the penthouse lol)
