Morning!

It's day 14 for me and I feel great today! Had an amazing nights sleep (the first since quitting), my morning cough has disappeared overnight and without going into major details my stomach is settling down (had a few bowel issues, which I have been told is normal)

Anyway the sun is shining, I am ready to tackle my sunday lunch at the pub (last weeks rant/post is quite funny to read now!)
