Hi! This is day 17 without a fag and I am loving it! I have been reading this forum since day 1 and have found it has really helped me in my quit, along with a certain Dippy Egg 
Oh and keeping myself busy...I have started making my Christmas cards haha!

Gosh, Holly is becoming a popular name, it wasn,t heard of so much when my daughter was young, she is 25 now.

Four months on and I am absolutely loving being a non-smoker, so it's definately worth the hard work!
