For no particular reason....

Chugging along nicely - about another 9 days to go, to complete 5 calendar months.

Still maintaining a reasonable weight - a few walks and a couple of cycles a week sorts that out.

The weather caught me out this morning - from indoors the skies were blue and it looked warm.

Went cycling in shorts - BIG mistake, was a little blue when I got back.

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend and not thinking too much about giving up!

Nice post Finally, and many congratulations. :)

Yes, it flattered to deceive didn't it? The sun is lovely and warm now but the wind was decidedly lazy. Glad you enjoyed your bike ride though.

7C was the temp but felt like 3C.

Anyway - burnt off enough calories so that no-one will notice if I slip out to the pub for a few....

You are doing great :) I must think about outdoors and exercise more. I haven't weighed myself but know I have put some pounds on. :D
