Day 2 a success

Hello again, well day 2 was a successful one & it wasn't much of a struggle to be honest, only once did I really want a cig & that was when I saw a geezer smoking one in the garden (I work in a pub), & the sun was out & for a split second I really wanted to take a 5 minute break, kick back in the sun & have a smoke. But the main thing is, I didn't, I had a coffee instead :)

Very simple day really, but a successful one. Bring on day 3

Good luck to everyone else, & I'm already beginning to notice the differences. Feel cleaner, appetite is literally monstrous right now & I feel mor energetic, not smoking is such a rewarding process!

You must be very thankful for the smoking ban. It would have been very difficult to quit in the past whilst working in a pub. Temptation everywhere. Well done on getting to day 3.

Funny you should mention this, me & a fellow worker (who I found out has also given up smoking since November) were saying how much more difficult it'd be with out the smoking ban. To be honest, I don't think you could work in a pub back then unless you was a hardcore smoker, imagine the amount of second hand smoke

Thank you guys for all the messages again, really is the biggest & best motivation! Now, day 3, I'm sure it'll be successful too :D

Well done that man! :D

You sound both positive and motivated Ryan and I think you're going to storm it. Once you're through Day 3 the worst is over in my opinion.

Seriously well done. :)

Yes I was thinking that as well. I used to work in a pub back in the day and I actually smoked less in work. Partly cos you were busy but I'm sure some of that was due to the fact that I was getting enough nicotine from all the regulars sat at the bar smoking.
