Roller coaster

Today I feel like I,m on the very lowest dip of a roller coaster, but as with all roller coaster,s there is also a hill to climb, so I know this will be the situation tomorrow.

It,s may be the fact hubby away, for couple days, daughter on holidays, so am truly Billy no mates.

So for today I will just go hour by hour, in the confidence that I,m on the top of the roller coaster tomorrow

Will be reading lots of positive long term quitters posts to day, just to help get me by today.

Aw Tracey...You aren't Billy-No-Mates because you have us

I think you should take the opportunity to have some proper 'me' time whilst the coast is clear. Eat what you want to eat when you want it, pamper yourself a bit, watch a movie, listen to your music, you know the sort of thing.

And post whenever you feel you need a bit of company as we will be very happy to provide it.

Have swapped my head, just putting positive head on

And while I am on my own for few day,s, have made the decision to enjoy, back from shop, creamy peper sauce, with rib eye steak for tea, and have spoilt my self massive cream bun.

Am getting use to not smoking in the morning, and a first to day, did not think of smoking first thing, felt great.

Any way off for lovely bath, get back in jim jams, and enjoy my day

I know it quite happened all by it's self, I did not will it on it just happened, am sure will happen for you soon, I was never good in the mornings, loads of coffee, and loads of smoking, I know seems silly now, but that's how it was for mel.

Oooh I know what you mean there - i was straight out of bed and out the kitchen door, used to smoke a fair bit first thing instead of breakfast *eyeroll*
