Hi all to this fantastic forum,no smoking day is nearly here, please please read and hopefully decide to take a chance on stopping smoking.

You can achieve. What seems the impossible, but really you are just like us take a chance and give it ago, nothing to loose, and EVERY THING to gain.

She's right, there's ups and downs but you get to a place where it's so fab not to be a slave to smoking any more.
