I do hope so Kat, my oh does not understand, that for me this is taking every thing I have, my resolve to day is fish pie, my fave, and thinking not going to smoke, hope this gets easier, there I am again moaning, ( sorry)
It is difficult at times quitting smoking, we've trained ourselves to "need" fags at certain times, when we feel good, bad, bored, stressed etc, etc and it can be really tough to undo all that.
There's nothing wrong with having a good moan, or a rant or anything inbetween. This is one of the rare places where everyone understands, never-smokers will think it's as easy as not buying fags and being grumpy for a bit, smokers won't want to know, but here everyone has been through or is going through the same thing so it's a great help!!
Trying to phrase this so it doesn't sound evil  but in a way it helps knowing other people are struggling - it's not good that you are obviously, but to know we're not the only ones feeling rubbish, or thinking we won't make it, or whatever does help.
not just the woohoo-we're-doing-so-well-wave-your-knickers-in-the-air-moments
Removing that takes time, and repeated attempts (if either of you liked Star Trek: The Next Generation you can think of it as removing Borg implants) to reboot your head - this is a massive undertaking!
Nice one Kat!
