I'm on day 56 (8 weeks), and that is at least 1100 cigarettes I haven't smoked since I quit.
That sounds an incredible amount, I can't believe it.
My reasoning now is that if I have been able to live without over 1,000 fags during the past 8 weeks then I obviously never need to smoke again - after all What For ? I have proved to myself I can survive without the weed. Go ME
I hope my quit buddies Blondie and Steve (we are close enough I think) are
doing OK too.
I don't have cravings really nowadays, I do think about cigarettes but they were a bit part of my life for a very long time so it's to be expected, but then it passes.
I have put on a stone (was nine and half stone before) but it's possible that eating a packet of chocolate raisins after a Belgian choux bun might have something to do with it.
I do know I could never have done this without all you on here, and I am very, very grateful for all the support and kind words. There were difficult times (and still may be) but doing this has empowered me.
positive thoughts to all. bb x

Assuming each ciggie is about 3 inches long, you have so far avoided smoking 275 feet of tobacco...which, according to Wikipedia, is the height of the tallest living tree in the world, LOL:
A huge well done from me too Bluebell :D. That's one mighty achievement. In fact, I really think you have this one stitched up. You sound so positive and focused.
