Well a night and day in hospital with a problem stomach wall, and lots and lots of morphine,
Home now, and feeling a little ill, but on the very plus side when asked if I smoked, it was so nice to say no, not only my recovery would have been much slower if i smoked.
On coming out of the hospital at around 6 in my not so glam jim jams and a frost.
There they where a bundle of smokers and my gosh could not believe the smell, felt very good that was not me, only ten days is but trying.

Glad to hear you're home Tracey and hope that you are fully recovered soon. Don't overdo it will you?
The moment when you passed all the smokers outside the hospital must have been a good one. It's things like that (and being able to tell the consultant you don't smoke) that can really make your day isn't it?
Yes cannot ver emphasise how bad I would have been if smoking, lazy day, so hubby on duties. Made me smile. He's not know for his cooking, so when daughter rang to see how I was, he said yes cooked tea spaghetti in spicy tomatoe sauce. Did have to tell her it was a pot noodle lol. Feeling rubbish but on the mend, god knows stopping smoking came at the right time, don't think could have smoked if wanted to.
