I have had some sad news today at work but did not automatically think oh I will go for a smoke which was good.

Awww well first off have a (((hug))) for getting the bad news, it's never nice is it?

But well done for not using that as an excuse/reason to spark up!!

Things like that mark you out as having a long lasting quit

Thank you for all your lovely messages.

I have just got back from slimming world and maintained weight loss so did not loose but also did not gain so am well pleased with that.

I hope everyone is having a nice evening.
