Hi Tracey,
Obviously, if you're worried, it doesn't wear off or it gets worse see your doctor but feeling light-headed is a very common quit side effect.
Poor you. Day three is often the pits but the worst of the withdrawal is behind you once you reach the end of it. Just hang on in there because we're all with you.
How lovely you all are
Sooooooooooooooo wanted to purchase some ciggies but didn't hope this gets better, all my focus us on trying not to smoke. Is it worth it? And is it like this for ever. You know thinking smoking all the time, and all my energy and thoughts are on not smoking taking over my life .
THANKYOU not least for hanging in there
Thanks all, I can send hubby for ciggies but I am refusing to send him, am I doing wrong? So confused with all this, to be truthfull. ****** night mare. 3 days not good.! I wish you well,
You are doing fantastic tracey, stick with it and don't send hubby for cigarettes.
If you think it's becoming really difficult (and it will pass, honestly) buy some mini lozenges, or get a spray to help you through the worst of the start. It really does get easier.
You will be clear of nicotine now, don't fall back on the cigarettes. We are all behind you here. bb x
