My view of smoking is totally different now so while I can't ever promise never, I can say it's b.loody unlikely and it won't be because I end up desperate for one :D: D

I'm doing fine, thanks Gemma. The fight against the fags is steady and doesn't require too much effort now, apart from the odd moment or two, which I can handle fairly OK.

The bigger problem is that I'm still having the chocolate substitute :o , so I have joined Jenny's weightloss club this very morning!
