Distraction is the key do something to take your mind off the craving, it will pass and a craving has never killed anyone while smoking has!
It does get better and pretty soon, the 1st week is an endurance, as is the 2nd but not so bad. Focus on the light at the end of the tunnel, once done there will be no need to repeat it, ever!
Its unpleasant but what you are doing is investing some discomfort now in the anticipation of avoiding years of suffering in the future. Hang in there and stay strong, in a few weeks time you'll look back on now and be so pleased that you didn't cave.
You can do it, there are thousands who have passed through this forum, been exactly where you are, hung in there and succeeded. You just have to not put one in your mouth and light it, by which I mean they never jump into your mouth already lit, smoking is a choice you have to make it happen if you cave.
All the best
