On a positive note I feel totally in control of this quit
Full day as I'm working this morning then having annual cardiology checks done on some of our bengals this pm.

Ah bugger! And I thought the nytol had cracked it! Glad to see it hasn't affected your positivity for your quit though, hope u have a better night tonight, if you have a full day hopefully it will make you knackered for later! X
I too slept bad last night and have decided to lay off the sugar......that means ALL sweets too will let you know how

All chores complete phew! I am going to continue with the herbal nytol until Thursday ie one full week. It could be my Sunday was just far to lazy and indulgent

Hi Lindy - even with disrupted sleep your still so possitive - I'm sure it will all settle down - keeping my fingers crossed for you

Your so positive it's brilliant! Definitely keep up with the Nytol, if u use it for a week or so it should get you back into some routine but try to go to bed at around the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning for a few days, even if ur knackered, it helps to get your body back in sync, hope it sorts out soon for you x
