I keep forgetting to log in to the forum which must mean I am thinking about smoking less... but goodbye month 1 and hello month 2!! It has been a hard slog and a big test but getting the first month out of the way feels goooood! Hope you are all ok and doing well, I do think about you all - sorry for my lack of posting recently!

And a friend of mine has since given up and said to me 'Well I thought to myself, if YOU can do it ANYONE can do it"! Not too sure to take that as a positive or a negative thing but well done to him regardless!
