My mouth is so sore, normal?

Ive noticed my gums are bleeding everyday and my whole mouth in general is really sore, i just looked in it, and especially towards the back of my mouth there some very red marks - My mouth feels bruised, my tongue feels tender...... Is this normal? Im due to have a wisdom tooth out tomorrow so I know why one side hurts but I cant understand the rest of it, its really sore If this is normal, how long till it passes? xxx

My mouth feels like I've drunk a hot drink too fast - probably from all that hot smoke? but yeah it's normal I'm afraid!!

Use Cordosyl mouth wash (but not for too long or it stains your teeth) and it'll clear up

It's an odd feeling!! But it passes

I heard before that our mouths adapt to having hot smoke in them 20 (or 30 :() times a day and when we stop it goes back to normal, and of course our circulation improves which makes bleeding gums happen.

It's all part of the healing process xx

Awww, hope you have fun even with a tender mouth.

I get a *lot* of mouth ulcers (smoking made them worse too) so I literally feel your pain!!

Aw....

Apparently its new skin growth and all normal .......mine lasted about 2 week ......sores/ulcers .....my taste buds fell off too !!....they were back within a few days brand new ones

I too am getting the bleeding gums, sore mouth and my teeth really hurt which is odd? Been told it's all the nerve endings etc coming back, I am using corsodyl dentist advised to use it for at least 6 weeks, that and an electric toothbrush seems to be helping x
