Well here I am at the start of day 4. Still can't help thinking this has been too easy so far, but it's still early days. Been thinking about the quitting process, for me the initial stopping isn't too bad it's the staying quit that gets me. Got to try really hard to not fall into the trap of "just one won't hurt". But I won't have to face that for a while, so onwards and upwards
Good luck to all day 4'ers and everyone on this trip, we can all do it

We can do it, and we will do it. We just have to remember that smoking is sooo bad, and that every time we have "just one" it leads to many many more, addiction and for me, normally smoking more than I did before I quit!
YAY for you getting to day 4 - over the bump to the first week now

Sounds exactly like me
Hi Gemma
Thanks for the support I think we all suffer from a bit of complacency after the hard days are over. Got to all stick together and just say no (like Zammo!! :)) Showing my age there.....
