Well I feel so much better than the last couple of weeks !!...still not eating a great deal with a slightly dodgy throat but plenty of soup and tea and fortified milk shakes and smoothies are keeping me going :)......antibiotics for sinus infection and still possible reflux but other than that feeling great:D

Thankyou.......dont just cope with any symptoms you may get .....go to the docs if worried .......our immune systems play up a bit and infection can be common........I didnt intend to do a full detox but my body decided otherwise !! ..........plenty of water/ juice helps and get plenty of rest ......its over as quick as it started :D
