Hang in there Gruffs, I know it's hard going right now but think about it like this - do you want to smoke for the rest of your life? Assuming the answer to that is a definite no then there is a second question to ask, do you want to put yourself through this experience AGAIN?:eek:

When it comes down to it, those are the only choices open to you, pick up some fags and smoke for the rest of your life (running the risk of it being a shorter, illness laden, unhealthy life) or pick up some fags and, at some future point, go through this foulness again - neither of which are particularly attractive options!
