Sleep will come when your body needs it. Remember, it's going through some (smoking-withdrawal) changes at the moment! If it helps, I feel totally flu'ed up and grotty. But happy!

I'm having crazy sleep patterns too. After 2 very long days I fell asleep just after midnight and now wide awake at 3:39am. I'm trying to just go with it but have bought some chamomile tea to try tonight :). Well done on getting through day 6

The early days are the hardest, if you can dig in and get through these early days you will be fine and once you start to feel better and sleep better you will be so glad you didn't give in
