Been A difficult week, all sorts of internal arguments going on with myself lol.
Having various moments of feeling sick but i maybe over eating so im blaming that atm, boiled sweets, opal fruits (sorry starburst) erm anything really just to take the edge off.
Starting back playing footy as of tomorrow hoping this will be another positive step in continuing the smoke free lifestyle i have wanted for so long.
I think at this stage using the willpower only strategy i have found it to be so so hard and i don't think i could go through all this again, a few of my more than cynical friends still expect me to fail Blah blah blah NOT A CHANCE GUYS!!!. Am flying into week 3.
Congrats to all who have hit this point. Seriously Av ery BIG WELL DONE from me.
