Day 1

Hi all

Thanks to Max I can now post how im getting on, my day started ok did miss having a cig this morning. Got to work and was ok, I'm a Postman and was a bit worried about going out on delivery on my own. I cant believe how positive I felt even after a few hours of not smoking, I felt so happy to not be smoking walking around with a spring in my step. I know it's very early days but did others feel so great so soon, or is it just a flash in the pan for me and should I brace myself keith.

You're doing amazingly well and should be really proud of yourself. Yes, there will be some tough times too but just hold on to that positive attitude and you'll ride on through a treat.
