Wotcha, groovers
DAY 7
Time smoke-free: 6 days, 18 hours
Well, folks, tomorrow I shall be in a different room. Many thanks
for having me in the Day 4 - 7 suite. Very comfy, and highly
recommended to everyone currently in the 1, 2, or 3 lounges!
Not much to say today. I think I'm getting a cold, but I've heard
that cold-like symptoms are sometimes a normal quitty thing. I've
Lemsip'ed myself up anyway
Not a single crave today, despite forgetting to put my patch on
until lunchtime (thanks for your post, Donna...I probably would
have gone all day otherwise. I didn't want to risk it, though :eek
Two good days in a row...are things getting easier, perchance?
And...the first full week is almost here. Quite frankly, Im amazed!
There's no way I'm giving up now, it would be too embarrassing...
Best wishes and well done, everyone!
See you in Week 2 :D:D

Well done Steve in getting through that first week. (The hardest IMO) You seem very positive and that is a massive bonus at this stage too.
Keep on keeping on and soon them weeks will turn into months

Fair play to you Steve
Getting through the first week was close on being the hardest thing I have ever done so I really do admire you. Your committment and determination is off the scale and you really deserve to go all the way (I'm certain you will)

You are the ones keeping me positive, you know!
You don't honestly think I've suddenly found a secret stash of 'inner strength' from somewhere, do you?
IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU GUYS!!!!
Y'all created a nic-murdering monster in my brain, and are now grassing me up for pulling the trigger.

"Geekimus Minimus" at your service, ma'am.
Infectious? Well. I've got a cold...perhaps that's it?
Kat reckons I'm self-deprecating. Although I'm half convinced she was talking to someone more interesting at the time and clicked my name by accident.
Lol.
Deb and Kat. You guys rock like Hendrix.
