So sorry you've had a bad time today especially after lasting 5 days CT (that was an amazing achievement).
You're clearly determined not to let today's blip stop you from getting back on the horse, which is also fantastic- good for you
I'm no expert but for what it's worth I think if I were you I would try to continue CT (on the basis you've managed 5 days already leaving aisde today's blip) but make sure you always have patches with you so that if an overwhelming crave hits you can stick one on as quickly as you can. It might also be a good idea to have some lozenges or strips as well (for a quicker hit than you'll get from a patch) just for emergencies.
My other tip is use the forum as often as you need to because believe me, the support you'll get from everyone here is second to none
thanks thats really helpful.. because nobody knows i started again i feel like i cant really get support from my friends and family which is what makes it even harder but i am going to do this.. actually felt so much better going ct felt good knowing that all the nicotine was out my system quicker.
aw i really need to get rid of the dirty habit for good this time.. i lost my job n thats why i started with all the stress n now a year n a half later im still smoking.. really cant afford it as im still out of work n hopefully not being smelly all the time will help me secure a job
