Ok - it gets like that at times. Try to look for the positives in your quit and stick by them. Do plenty of research as information / knowledge is power against the little nico-monster.

Thanks, I first started feeling sick and blurry eyes in bed last night and still feel sick now. I have took of my patch about 2 hours ago, don't know if that's a good idea or not, but just feel I need to get the nicotine out my system asap and maybe will make me feel abit better.......I am hoping.

Aww sorry to hear today is rubbish for you we all get a bad day you have had yours on day 4, I'm sure tomorrow you will feel a bit better, perhaps cut the patch in half if its making you feel ill? xx

Thanks guys, still feel pretty rough like. Its taking all my willpower not to walk to the shop and buy a packet of fags. I know if I do it will be another year or more before I get round to trying again, cant keep going on like that eh so that's what's keeping me going

I'm thinking of it like a constant gradient, so yesterday is always worse than today, and tomorrow is always better.

'Course I'm only staggering to the end of day 2, so what do I know?

Thanks to you all for your kind words. Honestly today has been so hard, I have not gave in though Was lying in bed with my son earlier testing him on his timetables and he said mum you hair and skin smell nice now, I think you should keep that sticker on lol, what more of an incentive to stop smoking is that.

I haven't actually put a patch back on today, so have done most of today patch free
