Really pleased to have made it to day 7 relatively unscathed, and it's brilliant to see everyone else getting on with their quits!
I must say, I'm still full of wind  It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't smell like something has died, jesus H! Not sure I should be allowed out until this has stopped... please tell me it stops?! (TMI? Nah everyone does it, after all!)
My e-cigarette thing broke as well so that's put an end to that - can't say it has bothered me really which is excellent. I returned to college today and walking past the fog outside where everyone smokes was disgusting, bleurgh!
It was noticeably nice to sit in class without feeling a craving building up although I do still have that 'need a cigarette' feeling, it's more like a low hum instead of the loud noise it was when I smoked. I also didn't cough ONCE in class - I used to be very aware that I would clear my throat every few minutes when I was smoking. Onwards and upwards

I quit on New Years eve and things are going great, apart from copius amounts of wind!!!! It got so bad I had to google it....and thinking to myself "this can't be right"
Thankfully a link to this thread popped up and after reading all these comments I'm clearly not alone.!!!
Thanks guys for putting my mind at rest, and also letting me stumble on this group.......every cloud as they say.
