Well I am definitely having 3rd day syndrome... Woke up this morning in a right piss been irritable most of the day although I am feeling a bit better after a vodka and lemonade and a nice ham salad for lunch.

Also made the mistake of watching celeb bb normally can't stand it I only like the normal one but reckon I am going to be addicted to it!

Just goes to show I smoked 20 a day and quit 9 weeks ago been on 3 a day for the past 2 weeks and the withdrawal is as strong as when I quit in October all I can say folks is definitely don't even have 1 because it takes hold of u and is never worth the agg if keep going back to day 1 xx

Completely get where you are coming from today. I am on day 5 and today has been much harder. Food and wine at lunchtime too. I so wanted a fag this afternoon. Be we are doing really well
