Going into week two (again!)

Back again, and will make it through week two this time!! (well nearly, posting an hr early)

Having an ok time so far, was a bit down yesterday but I came through, not thinking about fags as much now, and the cravings are as bad. Just have to be on alert from the sneaky ones which pop in when I least expect it but at the end of the day its my choice and I choose NOT to smoke
