I can't believe it is 6 months since I last smoked. It really does feel like a lifete away and I'm SO happy for it. I've had my ups and downs with a bit of depression and weight gain but I don't think the former can be blamed on my quit. My e cig has been my saviour - I know many people don't agree with them, but I don't think I would've made it to 6 months without it. I haven't used it for a few weeks now, but I know it's there if I need it. Perhaps that's silly but I don't care. I will use it if I need it (which I hopefully won't) as I will never smoke another cigarette again!
Thank you to all of you who have been there to help and support me along the way - I really appreciate it. Hope everyone else is doing ok!! Sorry I haven't been on here much lately - life has just been really hectic!
Regards
Sarah

Ladies, I've just been in a very boring meeting during which I've been trying to think if there's ANY circumstance (lest my chivalry be challenged!) that would lead me to welcome a lady into a room with "a pint of Radox" - I failed epically. It was the bubbly thing, I'll get my coat... :D
But I have to say, after all the bad news recently (interspersed with a couple of great penthouse celebrations) it's SOOOOO good to have some postivity here - well done again Sarah!
