Got a good feeling...intellicig!

I posted here months ago hoping to quit. I tried patches, nicotine gum and a cheap e fag but nothing worked! Yesterday my boyfriend brought me a top of the range electronic cigarette called intellicig XL so far so good! But is this to good to be true? Anybody else have an intellicig? I also find myself sucking on it constantly is this bad for my health?

I think the e-cig world is still very unknown and so I would just say be careful.

I used an e-cig on and off for a few weeks and I'm still smoke free and happy, but some feel that they just drag out the inevitable of getting rid of the nicotine.

I'd say we're all in agreement that anything is better than the real thing, but just try to not get carried away with how frequently you're using it.

Thanks for the reply I have the menthol nicotine liquid in the E cig ATM but can purchase the nicotine free liquid so I'm guessing its just vapour when I'm confident I can go without it.

I'd say the sooner you can change to nicotine free, the better. At least then you'll know its only the physical addiction left to deal with

Welcome back Lulu, congratulations on quitting again! I'd say if the exit is doing it for you now keep with it

There are a lot of mixed opinions on e-cigs, I have my own fears with it but it helped me out in my time of need today so I'm happy !
