Early days... but ALL of yesterday I didnt have a puff on my ecig all day! And even though ita only 1day its a massive achievement!

Never thought id actually get off it, I thought id still smoke it like my 15ish a day habit with cigs!

Figers crossed I wont use it again

These ECigs...I think we all agree,that not smoking real cancer sticks is our main aim-but it is possible to become addicted to ECigs-I know personally 3 people in my work who are addicted,one actually got so sick of her ECig she went back to normal cigs :confused: so by having it on the radar,to quit the ECig too,imho is a really important part of quitting if you decide to use these devices as a quit aid. Well done you!!!!

You know someone on here who is too.

Going to be addressing that in the near future too 'cos I'm only a non-smoker in the technical sense.

Well it did make me feel sick.. but I thort I needed it... id deff recomend it ... im not one of those strong people that would actually stick to it, but ive totally done it now... IF I get a craving (which isnt often) I brush my teeth n suck a clove... works every time
