Have you got a plan of action to help you in your quit with using nrt or an ecig?

There are some good threads on here you can read in the tip section

Just remember to use this place and post as often as you need

There is always someone around that can help you

Keep in mind to take it one day at a time and breaking it up so it's not too daunting

Onwards and upwards is the only way to go
