Today I truely felt like a non-smoker!

Just settled down to catch up with facebook and all that malarky and realised that today was the first day I haven't thought about smoking ONCE, I haven't thought about my quit and I haven't thought of any withdrawl.....now thats' real progress.....very happy non-smoker...to all the lovely newbies on here battling through week 1-IT DOES GET BETTER!!!

Won't be long before it wilbe weeks :eek:and then at some point you will realise that you look at the wtf was I doing smoking in the beginning :confused: and why did I put of quitting for so long

Onwards and upwards is the only way to.go
