Another Week Down

Well, that's week 11 over and done with, I've also been off the champix for just over a week and I'm not feeling any adverse affects at all. TOH is now 7 weeks down too, I've booked tomorrow off and we are going to a lovely beach village called Ogmore, I'm going to buy a fruit bowl from Ewenny Pottery as our cig free treat, we will have a walk along the coast then we will stop for lunch. Oh not smoking is such a joy :D:D
