We now have another party to go to as Pol is celebrating 3 months as an ex smoker today and to welcome her to month 4! Well done sweetheart, so proud of you.

Right I'm off to Asda for Cheese straws, wine, beer and I better pick up a pizza or 10!!

3 months is a big achievement, thats the terrible 3's out the way for a bit.. and you can settle into your quit just nicely now pol.

JJ, the scarf is lovely..... smells so fresh. Like a string vest, I'm sure a string scarf is just as effective

Bella, 3 months already.... going quick which is a good sign. And you, nearly at a year now :cool:

Cool fire hand there bman and Jase, I never got the terrible three's. I got crappy Day 2 & Month 2 instead. I found month 3 almost a pleasure after Month 2. If you have to go through any Terrible T's (two or three) then I'd prefer 2 as it's nearer to the beginning of your quit and more acceptable in some way.

I treated myself two hours of bliss by having a luxury foot spa ....
