just another quick check in as busy busy at the mo... day 17 is here and i suppose will soon be over haha, sorting out a fit and healthy way of life and starting with - uh oh..... a HIGH fibre diet hahahahah what the heck!!! if it helps it helps... fed up with the pain now!! take care all and keep the fight!
