Thanks for posting that it is good to be reminded of the points it makes. For me the further I get away from having made that decision e easier it is for me to attempt to rewrite the rules so it is good to be reminded of why not to even try.

I'm exactly the same, the further into the quit I get I forget/think less of my original reasons for quitting that's why I really liked this article!
