Hey guys i quit smoking on the 1st October 2013 after smoking for 4 years. I have been clean for 3 days now. I get the odd cravings now and again but i find something to take my mind off it for example playing games.
My main reason for stopping smoking was that it was burning a hole in my pocket. The thing is i spent more money on smoking that i did on anything else.
