Sorry all, I didn't even see this thread to say hello!

I am Jess, 37, addictive personality! Lol over the past 4 years set my mind to losing 60kg (check) and on August 4th 2013 made the decision to quit smoking. So far 60 days in and holding my own

My first and only quit ( quit once before for a year after major surgery but don't count it as never experienced any discomfort!), cold turkey and what a ride it has been.

Hoping this is the last vice to deal with!
