Hi everyone. I have just come back from a week's holiday abroad and I am proud to say that I didn't even have a puff of a cigarette 
Although I have been very serious about my quit since I started in July I was still worried about how a week of drinking more than usual and lounging around next to a pool would affect me but to be honest I don't recall having a single craving.
This has left me in a very positive frame of mind as I now feel I can tackle anything without feeling the need to smoke. It seems like I never smoked in the first place.
