Nearly finished a long week, Although the days are getting shorter again and i'm getting used to not smoking. Minimal cravings now and couldn't feel cleaner.
Pockets heavier with £30 saved nice bonus just for doing nothing other than leaving the smelly fags behind
It's crazy how strong the smell of smoke is and when you smoke you don't even notice it tho :eek:, I hope I don't go back. Can't wait for week two

Max is right, I'm only 20 days clean, I live in a maisonette and I can smell my other half having a cig outside the back door when I'm two floors up in the bathroom - But on the positive side the taste buds are improving too and I love my food (& wine :o) Keep up the good work
