Nearly finished a long week, Although the days are getting shorter again and i'm getting used to not smoking. Minimal cravings now and couldn't feel cleaner.

Pockets heavier with £30 saved nice bonus just for doing nothing other than leaving the smelly fags behind :D

It's crazy how strong the smell of smoke is and when you smoke you don't even notice it tho , I hope I don't go back. Can't wait for week two :D :D

Max is right, I'm only 20 days clean, I live in a maisonette and I can smell my other half having a cig outside the back door when I'm two floors up in the bathroom - But on the positive side the taste buds are improving too and I love my food (& wine :o) Keep up the good work
