I am a fan of them, one of my friends quit last year with the NHS kit, hers had the Tangle in it, and it really helped her. Got one in the toy shop in town, but you can buy them on eBay for around a fiver

Lol, well there's nothing to solve on it, it's just something really good to keep your hands busy when you would have had a fag in them. Was a bit cynical too but it definitely helps. My quit buddy had one too and she swore by (and at :p) it!!

The Tangles are yeah

Thinking back, I smoked rather a lot :eek: so missed having something in my hand and fiddling with the Tangle gave me something to do when I would have been smoking, and concentrating on it took my mind off smoking a bit too. x
