Thank you so much all of you.

I cant believe that I quit fckng cigarrette before a month ago.

this is quiet unexpected and amazing.. now my urge is almost gone.. I dont think about smoking. Now no hard cravity to smoke when I am boared.

I survived so many beer parties without cigarette.

No One Puff Ever is working fine for me...

I am very lucky to find this site...

I know my next puff is the end of this quitting. But I am sure there will be no one puff ever in my life.

I cant be active member here as I am officially bussy always... but I will try to come here always till my end.
