Well its day 3 and at the moment I am feeling great I am going to a family barbecue this afternoon I would have been the only smoker there but now that I am a non-smoker the only smoke will be coming from the barbecue.

Barbecue

Well I went to the barbecue and had a really good time with my family all around me, and it was very pleasing I didn't have to leave their company to have a cigarette! There was one who had too the boyfriend of my daughter-in-law's sister, and he did look quite uncomfortable as he gave his excuses I felt sorry for him because last week that would have been me.
