Im feeling really sick, I didnt have much sleep last night. I dont know if it was the heat or whatnot.
Im going to Goodwood Festival of speed so the sickness might be anxiety/ excitement for that.
Im not sure whether its the given up smoking or other things.
I just feel super crappy

There is something goung round though, one of my friends has got it.
food is the cure of everything. I feel alot better now i have had some lunch 
Still tired though, not looking forward to going to tescos later to battle the BBQ buyers
