that ive not put into my body since kicking the revolting habit 5 months ago..............................just sit and imagine 3310 ciggies in a pile and all of that disgusting smoke going into your body.

This is to remind you people that are struggling with your quit, the goal at the end is worth every hard day that you are going through. Im telling you now if people say to you that you will always fancy a ciggie for the rest of your life (when you quit) i can assure you that thats a load of ROLLOCKS. Its taken me only 5 months to be at that beautiful stage of not even thinking about smoking,im not missing it, and most of all hand on my heart i can say that i will never want or smoke again................Its such a beuatiful feeling, have faith in your body and mind and trust me if you want it hard enough you will be at the stage im at now (i wont lie its not been easy but with each day that goes by it gets easier and easier).

I wish you all luck and if you fail the first time or the second just remember we all get better the more practce we have GOOD LUCK :D:D:D:D:

Well that made me think a bit about my stats.

500 days quit at a minimum of 20 a day that's 10,000 yes TEN THOUSAND not smoked.

At todays prices that has saved me around £4,000

Cheers Max your doing great too and to be honest you and a few others on this forum have made it possible for me to be where i am now. THIS FORUM DOES WORK, IVE TRIED SO MANY TIMES TO QUIT BUT THIS TIME I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT WITHOUT THIS FORUM AND THE GREAT PEOPLE ON IT I WOULD STILL MOST PROBABLY STILL BE SMOKING...............FACT CHEERS FOLKS AND A BIGGER CHEERS TO OUR WORLD FAMOUS MAX :D:D:D
