I have been to see my cessation nurse today (who is really lovely and so supportive). However since then all I have wanted to do is to smoke a cigarette! I have not, nor shall I but the feeling is just so intense ...
Hope that you are all doing well x
Thanks for listening ....

Max is right, they do pop up every now and again, but I find that they get shorter and thus easier to deal with. Ten weeks, is great going, you'll soon lose count
when do the cravings actually stop, mine are quite intense at the moment and spend quite a bit of time trying to justify the cigarette I think I want but know I won't have.
Jess, I struggled with the weekends for what seemed like ages:confused: I would be ok during the week and then Friday would come and I would have really strong craves and I also felt down and felt I had nothing to look forward to? Strange.. Then I realised one weekend that it had got to Sunday and I hadn't thought about it or had any of the strong cravings. There is no rhyme or reason to cravings but one thing is for sure the longer you stay quit the less the cravings will be.xxx Keep going you are doing brilliantly!
