It's lovely not having to smoke any more - am feeling properly happy to be a non-smoker now (only taken me 6 months, lol) and apart from the odd pang, don't crave which is flipping fab

Am off out this afternoon in the gorgeous sunshine, yay and going to the beach tomorrow :cool::cool:

Just really glad that your happy! I was out last night and decided that I really need to stay out of the smoking shelter. My chest is sore from all of the inhaling of old smoke but that's where the conversation tends to be!

My cold is still here But I'm not feeling the effects too much now. I'm planning a walk and maybe some lunch out today! Need to get myself a tan! Xxx

Had another one of those good moments just now - been off doing the food shopping and it was rammed, it's so nice not getting so antsy and even nicer not to "need" a fag as soon as I got outside!!

(and then worrying if any of my smoke was getting in my dad's car 'cos if it did it wouldn't have been the smoking that killed me :eek

That's probably a good idea, lol. Was with a couple of the girls from work last night (both smokers) so when they went out I did so definitely know what you mean!!
