Aww it can be really tough sometimes Sophie.

I hope you got through it OK - maybe going for a walk, or anything that's not going to frustrate you but distract you would help?

Hang in there Sophie. Try brushing your teeth - that always helps me for a little bit. Minute by minute.....just get through it. Next thing you know it will be tomorrow. Another day nicotine free!

It's ok, Max...I weathered the storm. It's just as well as my throat is still really bad so I couldn't have smoked, even if I really wanted to.
